Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and analyses their business processes (As-Is / To-Be).
  • Prepare and own the Business Blueprint and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Document requirements and define which will be met through configuration and which need custom development.
  • Prepare SOPs and functional documentation for the delivered solution.

Project Delivery & Team Leadership

• • Plan and manage project delivery across all phases: discovery, analysis, configuration, development follow-up, data migration, UAT, training, go-live, and post go-live support.
  • Lead and guide a team of functional consultants (junior and mid-level), review their work, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: Business Blueprint, Project Status Reports, UAT Test Cases, Training Plan, and Project Handover documents.
  • Estimate effort and allocate hours per task to support project managers in planning, tracking, and resource management at the lower level.

Implementation & Support

• Perform advanced configuration and implementation of Odoo modules.
• Lead data migration activities and system integration.
• Plan and run UAT sessions, and manage defects through to closure.
• Deliver Odoo training to key users and end users.
• Handle client requests and escalated Odoo issues, and support daily operations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.

Requirements

 Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting / Faculty of Commerce.
• Certificates in Excel, Odoo, and accounting courses.
• 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis and Odoo implementation, including leading team.
• Strong understanding of how business processes are translated into ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle phases and project documentation standards.

 Accounting & Finance Background

• Strong background in accounting and finance, with exposure to multiple accounting-focused implementation projects.
• Full knowledge of the accounting cycle, from purchases to monthly closing, across all types of accounting operations.
• Experience in importing companies, construction accounting, and cost accounting.
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations, including income tax, VAT, and withholding tax.

 Cross-Functional Project Exposure

• Hands-on experience in accounting projects and projects that affect and integrate with accounting, such as Manufacturing, Inventory, and HR/Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Sales, CRM, Purchases, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.
• Understanding of Sales workflows.

 Business & Functional Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Odoo modules and business applications, and of linking them to real business processes.
• Advanced knowledge of system configuration, functional testing, and system integration.
• Proven experience in data migration planning and execution.
• Ability to prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  AI Requirements

• Experience using and working with AI models to:

  • Research solutions to client problems
  • Improve actual business processes at the client site
  • Extract smart reports using AI

Skills

 Technical & Office Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo applications: POS, CRM, Sales, Subscriptions, Rentals, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, Website, and Projects.
• Experience with integrations (email and WhatsApp).
• Advanced Excel and good Word skills.
• Python and GitHub experience is an advantage.

 AI & Digital Skills

• Experience using AI models to research solutions to client problems, improve real business processes at client sites, and extract smart reports and analysis.
