🔹 Role Overview

As a Junior Odoo Implementer, you will:

support the implementation , configuration of Odoo ERP solutions to help clients improve their business operations.
You work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business needs, configure Odoo modules, and ensure smooth system usage.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in ERP implementation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing business processes and understanding client requirements.

  • Help prepare user documentation and functional notes.

  • Build the configuration of Odoo modules based on business needs.

  • Participate in functional testing and basic data migration activities.

  • Training & Support end-user training sessions and provide basic user assistance.

  • Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth project delivery.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 0–1 years of experience in Odoo implementation .

  • Basic to medium understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchases , HR, etc.).

  • Basic to medium knowledge of Odoo modules and business applications.

  • Basic to medium background in system configuration and testing

  • Basic to medium experience in data migration and drafting functional documentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving, Self-Learning, Logical Understanding,Critical Thinking and communication skills.

As a Mid-level Odoo Functional Consultant, you will:

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.

  • Configure Odoo modules to meet client requirements.

  • Conduct functional testing, data migration, and system integration.

  • Deliver hands-on training and provide ongoing user support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

  • Document functional requirements and create user guides.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Odoo implementation and business process analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and business applications.

  • Solid background in system configuration, testing, and integration.

  • Exposure to API integrations (a plus).

  • Odoo Certification (V17 or V18) is a strong advantage.
