We’re looking for a  Junior Odoo Implementert for a full-time, on-site position based in Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, who shares our passion for smart systems, clear impact, and meaningful results.


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants in analyzing client business requirements.
  • Assist in documenting functional requirements and implementation notes.
  • Participate in configuring Odoo modules based on defined business needs.
  • Support functional testing activities to ensure system accuracy.
  • Assist in basic data migration tasks under supervision.
  • Help prepare user guides and functional documentation.
  • Participate in end-user training sessions and provide basic user support.
  • Support daily Odoo operations and handle basic system-related inquiries.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements.

     Basic Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related fields:
    • Business Administration
    • Accounting / Faculty of Commerce
    • Information Technology or Information Systems
  • 0–1 year of experience in ERP systems or Odoo implementation.
  • Strong willingness to learn ERP concepts and Odoo best practices
  • Understanding how business processes are translated into ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance
  • Knowledge of Sales, CRM, Purchases, and Inventory processes
  • Basic exposure to Supply Chain Management
  • Understanding of Marketing and Sales workflows

     Business & Functional Knowledge.

  • Basic to medium knowledge of Odoo modules and business applications.
  • Basic to medium knowledge about system configuration and functional testing.
  • Basic to medium knowledge experience or understanding of data migration concepts.
  • Basic to medium knowledge ِabout prepare simple functional documentation and user notes.
  • Ability to support system configuration and functional testing

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of MS Word
