About the Role:

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will build polished, animated web and mobile experiences, and take ownership of the server-side layer that powers them, including secure API integrations with our systems.

Work Setup:
Full-time, mainly remote from home, with on-site meetings when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Web Development:

Build web applications with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript.

2- Mobile Development:

Build cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.

3- UI Implementation:

Turn Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui on web, and custom widgets on mobile.

4- Animations & Micro-interactions:

Create smooth animations with Framer Motion and GSAP on web, and Flutter’s animation framework on mobile.

5- API Integrations:

Build secure API integrations using Route Handlers, Server Actions and Zod on web, and Dio/http on mobile.


6- State Management:

Handle app state with Riverpod, Bloc or Provider.

7- Performance, SEO & Accessibility:

Optimize application performance, SEO and accessibility.

8- CI/CD & Testing:

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests (Playwright, GitHub Actions, Flutter test).

Requirements:

  1. 2–3 years of professional development experience.

  2. Solid experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js.

  3. Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, with at least one published app or a portfolio project.

  4. A portfolio of live projects with strong UI and motion.

  5. Understanding of REST APIs, Git and Vercel.

  6. Awareness of Core Web Vitals and WCAG standards.
