Responsibilities
- Analyze Clients' requirements
- Document requirements and define which will need configurations and which will need development
- Plan for project delivery
- Perform the configuration (implementation) tasks
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team
- will deliver what is required
- Handle client requests regarding Odoo issues
- Perform Odoo training
- Support Odoo operations
- Demo Odoo to clients and prospects
Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Or Faculty of Commerce (Accounting Departments)
- Certificates in:
- Excel
- Odoo
- Accounting courses
- 1–2 years of experience in business process analysis and Odoo implementation (highly required).
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo applications in industrial and commercial business processes.
Accounting Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, especially in the following areas:
- Importing companies
- Construction accounting
- Cost accounting
- Experience in all types of accounting operations, with full knowledge of the accounting cycle from purchases to monthly closing.
- Solid background in tax regulations, including income tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
Functional Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Functional and technical knowledge of Odoo modules and features.
- Strong understanding of Odoo business applications and linking them to actual business processes.
- Analyze client requirements.
- Document requirements and determine which parts need configuration vs. development.
- Execute configuration and implementation tasks in Odoo.
- Follow up with clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Handle client requests and resolve Odoo-related issues.
- Conduct Odoo training for clients and users.
- Support daily Odoo operations.
- Perform functional testing and system integration.
- Conduct Odoo demos for clients and prospects.
- Experience in data migration and system configuration within Odoo.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation and user guides.
AI Requirements
- Experience using and working with AI models to:
- Research solutions to client problems
- Improve actual business processes at the client site
- Extract smart reports using AI
Skills
Technical Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo applications including:
- POS, CRM, Sales, Subscriptions, Rentals, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Website, Projects
- Integration with emails and WhatsApp
- Proficient in Office applications: Excel and Word; Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with Python and GitHub is considered an advantage.
